Yes, I also remember those days.... one was grateful that Moffit and McGovern (the righteous crooks) took over the shell... now in retrospect, Guthrie would have been better to stick with it, I don't think he would have permitted this to be placed into 'slippery Franks' hands, and raise the OS to 100 bill!
Once again, this is all 'the righteous crooks' fault... they new who they were giving control of the shell too...
