I think they hold the news until the market calms down,,also oil inventory #s are coming out and they are supposed to show stockpile build ups due to less demand.

Just a guess, but I think they wait 5 days or more after the inventory #s come out.

Not going to put news out with this going on. Citibank tried to get Gov money form China to invest in them 4-8 Billion and were turned down.
