One problem with this VSUR it is restricted thru amtd, and other brokers. not the end of the world, but its a problem, this vsur already had a nice bounce, so it may sit idle..your ARRT, its interesting maybe lower..SB 2 for over 1 billion shares I think..you gotta DD these..do the paperwork. toxic pos's are worthless in this market unless you want to trade them fast..you gotta trade these toxic ones fast.. these may bounce though, lol
