my vote on the .55 share would have been no. I think the company is worth more. I'm sure the a the major share holders want the 43-101(Krong) think the company is worth more. The reason the stock price did not go up is because Kartex Financial Corporation was not buying any stock in the open market. They wanted to buy this company cheap at around $197million, if the PR'S are true the whole company is worth least $1billion plus. gold, iron, silver, etc.
