I disagree. A company has a fiduciary duty to all stockholders, even those who are dissidents. It is time for the company to make some disclosure as to the status of the Escala project. By the way, the report said Bolivia to invest 54 MILLION in old closed mines. The story can be accessed under SIL news on January 14,2007.
