I just spoke to Dru Budhu-- just called the office, hit zero and he answered the phone. The new offices are set up, they had some problems with the phone lines which have now been worked out. They are still in business, he understands that some people may think they were trying to disappear, but they weren't. They are working on the uplisting, which will open the door for new financing, working on contracts with broker dealers. He denies the story about not having been in touch with Legend since the summer. He is apologetic about the December 3 webcast that never happened, Doug Spadaro got sick, they are hoping to do that "soon" (whatever that may mean). Hoping to have some news out "soon" (again, WTMM), believes 2008 will be a good year.
