On "U'r" visit to Deerfield Beach please determine

if they are going to warehouse STP tools inventory at that location or if they are going to drop ship the items direct to customers distribution points. Are they making arrangements for, and paying the freight on these items?

In other words, try to determine if they are still acting as a "trading company" or if they have donned the full mantle of "supplier" for the STP products.

It makes a considerable difference in a number of line items including receivables, margins, payroll, leases, inventory and financing.

By the way, this just scratches the surface of what I would need to know before loaning them money on any terms, as we discussed earlier. I can assure you they would not open their books to me for the information you think I could obtain by asking a few questions unless I were participating in a Private Placement. Nor would I expect them to do so.
