You did not see the documentary I suggested. It was practically like you are there. The palace was surrounded by military and Chavez was asked to sign a resignation letter under threat of violence to the people in the palace. Chavez did not sign the letter but instead surrendered himself to the military. Two of your facts are already in dispute. Chavez did not officially resign and the military did threaten violence.
