DIRK, VIBE RECORDs does not trade on OTCBB. Here is a 2002 OTCBB report showing that VIBR symbol changed from USFF....probably reverse merger into USFF:

But VIBE RECORDs right now does not exist. If you search SEC website, there are no VIBR documents filed:

Either way, it doesn't trade. WHICH COULD BE GOOD BECAUSE WHEN THE TENDER IS ANNOUNCED......THE SHORT CANNOT BUY SHARES OF THE ACQUIRING COMPANY......THEY ONLY CAN BUY ISBL TO COVER.
