Better yet, here's what the Company itself said in its 10Q:

"We do not have any sources of additional capital to fund our operations beyond January 2008. We also believe that we will not generate any revenues that would allow us to continue operations. If we are unable to raise additional capital through debt or equity beyond January 2008, it is most likely that we will have to cease operations and forfeit our properties as we would be unable to make the necessary property payments."

If I was a precious metals funding source, I'd let the Company die on the vine and buy up the property for a major discount to the cost of working capital.
