Wick there want be another R/S for many years if it happens the way I see it.I think the preferred,series B shares cover five billion of the authorized shares.I think the 110 million is the over allotted amount that totals the 5.1 billion.Most of the time the preferred are held for sometime to see if things get better.If not then they convert them to common.Just my thoughts.Take it with a grain of salt because I've been wrong on everything when it comes to this one.I'm two feet away from the dart baoard and I'm hitting the side walls in the room.
