1-9-08 The pr was a joint release by bocx & ima, so ima has acknowledged the license. 1-10-08 pr by bocx with some discussion of the license situation. To me the most important info was in the 8th paragraph. This indicates that bocx intends to manufacture and market the "poc" test. I know most everyone is aware of the above but some seem to feel that ima has not acknowledged the agreement. I must be bipolar, this company gets me po'd one minute and hopeful the next. What a roller coaster ride.
