Actually I heard some rumblings, but not sure if it may come out.
About a month ago there was some lawsuit in spain of PNMS vs Desimplex and it seems desimplex won that case and PNMS was convicted to pay some fine. Don't now any more details, but someone speaking spanish could try to find the verdict on some spanish website... But I have no clue where to start and don't speak spanish.
