ISBL moves when you least expect it so watch it closely today. The last time in October when ISBL came off the bottom at .0011 it ran with a breath of air to .017 in just a few days; now with a huge short squeeze together with the merger or buyout news expected this week, the forward march will continue today, but with some buying pressure anything is possible even before the news, IMO.
