No, "U" it would take much more before I would loan CHDT money on any basis, regardless of how attractive the terms.

It would require them showing me a complete, detailed, and viable business plan.

Not fluff PR's from a company with a history of "failing to execute".

"The terms are right" was the battle cry of a lot of Banks, S&L's and Brokerage Houses recently as they gleefully flooded the real estate market with sub prime loans. Yeah, the terms were right until they tried to get that beautiful high interest, along with the principal, back from the borrowers.

I'll stick with stock that I can dump quickly should the need arise (and I certainly hope it doesn't}.
