I don't believe pink sheets have any obligation for audited financial statements, 10-Ks and the like.

Unlike this company; that posts news every week (to many peoples dismay) posts regular news letters, corresponds directly with shareholders who want to take the time to send them their email address or call them during business hours and has audited financials on their website; most pink sheets are not as outgoing with information.

I know I am wasting my time, but I happen to have nothing to do right now.
