Overuse of the Conditional Tense in CHDT PR's?

Several have complained about the lack of PR's containing topical discourse on the status of the company. Too many words are devoted to "what the company is going to do". We need more data on what the company has accomplished. If product has been shipped ....clue us in! If financing has been obtained .....tell us! If products are available for purchase .....tell us specifically what, when and where!

Too many phrases in today's PR were the "should be consummated", or "should be concluded" or "should improve" examples of the Conditional Tense.

The information that they are, just now, "in the final stages(?) of negotiating financing" to fund production of pending orders is not exactly confidence inspiring.

Neither is a statement like " While these negotiations continue and we have yet to sign final agreements on either effort, management is taking these steps.to place CHDT in a position to meet its purchasing commitments......etc.

Saying that "management is taking these steps" in the middle of a disclaimer like the preceding makes you wonder again why they didn't take these steps months ago.

Did they just realize they were going to need this financing?

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. - Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1860)
