Seems strange that a judge would use that language

It is not strange at all. Judges do not appreciate accusations of being involved in some conspiracy with the SEC, or any other Government agency to bring down a corrupt business or their officers, etc. Judge Lynch's decisions were based on the facts presented to him.

What you should find strange are the comments by delusional shareholders, including the threats that were mention in Judge Lynch's courtroom.

In the CMKX hearing Judge Brenda Murray colorfully addressed the delusional shareholders. She even critique a letter by a shareholder who questioned the Judge's expertise. That moment was one of many highlights of the court transcripts.
