A reverse split has everything to do with shares outstanding. If they reverse split 1000 for 1... that means that there would be 200M / 1000 shares outstanding if 200M is the amount of shares outstanding. Some people should seriously have their posting rights taken away. Same goes for old drivers and driving rights. Pisses me off...
