There's obviously some FAT in this organization that needs to be trimmed, ie.. ron the turd and Dr. brown, if this company stands a chance of growing, these two individuals must be terminated. I say now that Steve Nickolas has controlling power, and has the ability to turn this company around, first and foremost should start by canning their asses. Then and only then we will see progression. He should consider this as his primary objective. IMO
