juanly there is no business plan here. They PR'ed many times that they have one billion dollars of GOLD.

If that were true they would be mining the gold first then using those profits to fuel the biofuel plans...

The only plan here was and continues to be sell shares.

BTW the TDWV is a worthless stock and will always be a worthless stock. It was another shell with a horrid past just like this shell...

You would think by now the owner would learn about the history of the product he is buying.

Are you telling me when you buy a used car you don't pop the hood and check the compression left in the cylinders before you buy it!
