Well, it's a weekend and I'm bored, so here is what it is looking like to me. I rarely put out my opinions until I am pretty sure I'm right. I do however lean on other people heavily, but me and Dr. Graham called the end of the legacy debt accurately, called the unknown 60 million shares added as something other than CD (turns out it was the warrants). Now it appears the whole scenario is coming together, and alot nicer than I thought. It appears a long long time ago in a land far away that TS and KK (or just TS) realized that Greenshift was too debt laden to succeed. Greenshift was in effect a "holding" company fro all of the GS companies. TS and KK got together and said "gee whiz man, we got some good companies, but after a bad startup, we are too far in the hole to make any money. Well low and behold, TS has a company that is barely breaking even (Wisebuys) and Greenshift has a company it can sacrifice to become a new future "holding" company...GS Carbon. Now why Hacketts......well, its almost impossible to get a line of inventory credit with a company such as Greenshift, so we can buy a prosperous company such as Hacketts (no one knows how prosperous, but positive is all they need) and this gives us a line of credit as well as a business model for Wisebuys to actually succeed with. Meanwhile after the creation of SWVC a good portion of its legacy debt is transferred back to Greenshift, as well as keeping half a million at a crappy conversion rate. Somehow a deal was made so that all $494,000 was not converted at the crappy rate of .001, but the majority of it was. So now YA is happy, TS is happy, and KK? No one gives away something for nothing, I just don't enough about him to figure out exactly how much money he has made in all of these transactions, but he will make a pretty penny in my opinion diluting the snot out of the dieing Greenshift, with the old profitable GS companies now under SWVC along with Hacketts and Wisebuys.
Summary:

In the beginning we had:
Hacketts
Wisebuys
Greenshift(under Greenshift the following)
GS Cleantech
GS Carbon
GS Agrifuels
GS Energy

In the end:
SWVC(under SWVC the following)
GS Cleantech
GS Agrifuels
GS Energy
Wisebuys
Hacketts

Greenshift:(under Greenshift the following)
Nothing

Now of course as always this is my opinion and I do not think that all the GS companies would come under at once, but I do now think that this will be the end result.
