Why would anyone would file lawsuit for a worthless company almost bankrupt? I know people file lawsuit to companies with money or potential to make money. Why would anybody bother if there was not money to be make?
Besides, isn't that when people know you got money or you have the potential to get rich wouldn't they sue you for anything? So that tells me the potential is here and somoene wants AERO shares because the longs are not selling!
Lawsuits is part of the american culture!
I will keep buying regarless!
