The SEC owes the shareholders nothing...which in my mind is an injustice. After their investigation it was apparent to them that a crime was underway and investors had been fleeced.
Still, they remained silent.
Even after the fact the MM can continue the exploitation of shareholders.
Pretty much how the sad state of affairs is for our whole scociety. Think about it?
For some good reading on a similar story let me suggest "Atlas Shrugged " by Ayn Rand.
I have read it three times since the early seventies.
The rabbit is still in the hat but could peek out at any time.
