juanly It was a public filing.No reason he couldn't release it to the share holders.He slid it in paper form to the SEC.A sharp poster here found it.Now shorts is having to pay a small amount,and a lot of red tape to get it.Just like how we find out about all these other corporations he keeps buying.
The way we find out is someone uncovering it.
The only thing we get from him is fluff prs,that insults our intelligence.
As for shorts being disappointed.He knew another,fresh load of shares to dump was coming.The share price was .015
and rising.Now back to the low and lower,when all those shares are unloaded.
