or it was simply the insiders selling off the stock in secret and selling the share holders down the road ... along with paying people like Bud to cry' naked shorting!

I wonder what the next penny stock excuse will be used by the stock selling gangs?
The NSS in penny stock has been proved - a scam tactic ... so far!
