Thank you , Peterpp , for the DD . It will be critical for DNCM to direct the Transfer Agent to release share structure info to all inquiries , particularly the public float , if the Company wants to instil and regain public investor confidence after reverse splitting the stock .

If they gag the T.A. it will mean more secrets that have so far been consequential to investors who bought on Robert Lott's masterful hype . If this occurs I strongly recommend a BUYER BEWARE until they un-gag the T.A.
