Stocky, keep in mind we are on the OTC Bulletin Board which means the company is fully accountable to investors and the SEC by way of quarterly and yearly filings that include audited share counts, revenues and the like. There is a significant cost to maintain compliance.

This is not true of Pink Sheet companies that operate without any accountability to investors. The SEC only gets involved when the number of complaints can't be ignored. Buyer Beware!
