2 contingents to the US?

Anyone consider they may send 2 contigents to the US: one to NV and one to file for the CUSIP? I would think they would do the CUSIP online. But if they expidite the name change they could then fax the papers to their other contingent to file for the CUSIP. I believe their MM has to apply for the new TICKER. Not sure on that though.
