He won't sell. There are 41 million shares outstanding, about 4o million in warrants and options. The total which can be eventually sold and traded is 125 miilion. Is that a enough of a poison pill, probably? Realistically, the offer would be rediculously low when we don't have earnings to base a P/E on. You guys can have fun tossing this around, but IMO I don't see it.
