WEST ORANGE, NJ--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 19, 2001--Rascals International, Inc. (OTC: RASC - news) is pleased to announce that the company's stock has been relisted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. The stock will continue to be traded under the symbol RASC.
