There was an issue at AOL, I know, where e-mails would go directly into the Spam Folder. The reason was that the spam controls were recognizing them as hyperlinks and were directing them into that area. You can go into your spam folder (via AOL) and locate them there. AOL has been working to correct this problem. (It has also happened with Pay Pal e-mail on E-Bay, etc.)
