Since conventions and banquets are my field, I am much more familiar than most with what you are mentioning and I understand their format quite well. When you say that they are there to buy, I say they have no other purpose although they will golf, etc.... and the sellers sell! This will be a VERY productive show. I can see the ballroom already in my mind's eye!

This deal will easily be accomplished (crossing my fingers while saying it!) and I am really looking forward to attending this event... I just need to coordinate my work and personal schedules... maybe as early as tomorrow!
