As far as the PPS... It definitely should be higher after closing some LOI's. ONLY my opinion, but easy mid-pennies at least. And it, (Syrei acquisition), is NOT a 7.5 million deal if you are talking about dollars. It would be "accertive" 7.5m value to revs for 2008. We don't know the terms of the deal yet. We haven't seen them have we?
