Members of the Sequiam China team have formed relationships with sources not easily accessible outside of Asia based largely in part on their multiple years of experience buying for other high volume production lines. Since this team can access suppliers directly Sequiam can eliminate the “middleman" and achieve cost savings that are passed on to their clients.

Sequiam’s US team has many years of experience in production line optimization and has created highly efficient processes that have reduced or eliminated “touch-labor” allowing us to stay competitive with lower labor costs in other countries. Sequiam’s China team is located in close proximity to Shenzhen, the largest manufacturing center in China. This central location has allowed the staff to develop relationships with many factories and vendors located in the area. The combined skill-sets of both teams means Sequiam can always provide the best solution to their clients based on their specific production cost, timing and/or volume requirements.
