I tend to agree with you - but no filings doesn't mean no paper trail - 2007 tax returns?? - capital gains/losses ? - hearsay is - that present management lost lots of their own money in the crash - my guess is management stupdity and naivete collided headon with a speeding trainload of promoter greed - so now the shareholders are the casualties on the train tracks.
I am not lawsuit happy, but if I lose everything here, (as a disabled man) , I will not, and cannot walk away without a GOOD FIGHT FOR REPARATIONS - (for now) - I will watch and wait for management to get off their ass and fix the stock price.The 12 cents price is an insult, and it reaks of abandonment of the fiduciary interests of shareholders. !!!
