As far as I know, since I was one of the people that it happened to, it was only a glitch if something out of the ordinary happened when you paid and viewed it for the first time. I had my computer freeze because I was trying to do too many things on my computer at once (like I too often do), and because of that, I didn't shut down reeltime the normal way so when I went in to watch spiderman again, it charged me again. But, when I shut down reeltime the correct way, and then went in again to watch spiderman, it told me I had 23 hours left to view the movie and I wasn't charged again. So, under normal circumstances, it's not a glitch, but it is a glitch since nothing is ever usually normal. They are working on it. Until it's fixed, nobody should get charged twice unless something out the ordinary happens like happened to me. Definitely something they need to fix, but double billing should be a very rare happening until they fix it.

To make the future better is to live it now. The 'NOW' is a projection of the future.
