Now the claim is....

everything is on hold until the filings get done. Apparently the companies they are acquiring want to see the year end audited financials before they sign the dotted line on being acquired. I dont recon we can blame them as Delta has been late filing almost everytime. As I understand it, the LOI's are all signed and everything is in place once the filings are done. Would be a nice change of pace if they can "actually" get them done on time and not get the "E".

The question remains....WHEN.

Wait, wait, wait.....
