After reading all PLKC filing I think Texas Randy is the Randy fellow who was part of the acquisition deal in Planetlink from Texas where he was selling GPS units and booking the revenue under plkc and took home a ton of shares and sold em for a lot of money and scammed us the shareholders.

I am considering a shareholder lawsuit against him personally for scamming us. Randy and Ron are the two slick texans who it looks like took us and Bain for a ride according to the reports.

Sold his ill gotten stock that he scammed then tries to piss on us too. The shareholder lawsuit will fix his texan $#%@I when he has to pay legal fees of over $100k to defend himself
