I have learned that spooz's 120M shares are most likely now in the hands of the TA computershare. They were FED EX'd out Wed.
evening at 5:00PM from Florida. The paperwork also contains shares for the 506 accredited investors and for those who got shares for services rendered. Should total 174,000,000 now.
We shall see confirmation when the TA updates.
