Re: the rising OS - the sad thing is that the current program is kind of like a matching contribution program at work (the CEO's unique version in this case)...for every share that is sold or distributed by the company Tom gets to add to his quiver free hence an acccelerated dilution at basement prices...hard to believe that he does see the damage he is doing and that there are both former investors and future investors who will not get on board (again) with this toxic rule in play. Soon the authorized will likley be bumped up if it hasn't been already.

Come-on Tom, fix the problem please.
