It seems to make it clear that the suspected fraud is the purchse of dormant companies that are then pushed as 'live' with false claims so that shares can be sold by the bucket load.
Given also that the original Pocketop web site indicates that Pocketop must have gone out of business about 4 years ago, *and* that the current web site is a clear fake - it was put up last May as a 'front' - then I'd say that Pocketop is not a trading company, and it has no employees.
But that's just my opinion from the facts I can dig up and from reading between the lines. Maybe someone has evidence to prove me wrong.
