There are many possible scenarios present here, and still too early to weigh the potential. Sometimes the early bird doesnt get the worm, or may have to wait longer to get it. We might have been a week too early. There were 50 boardmarks added since the PPS started to dive, so it is obvious many shares were bought by retail with the expectation of a low-floater bounce, unfortunately it happened while a few million shares were being dumped. The company expressed transparency in the short term, and perhaps this needed to be done to ensure that. Maybe the company sold unrestricted shares to a farmer for rights to his land, or the float increased to make the merger more congruent and the value will be added at the end when after the new company launches their PR compaign? Who knows?
