Thommygun88. Sorry I am not a paid member so I can't PM you back. I am not positive, but this is what I guess...

The merger docs have been signed. (This we KNOW.) They will be delivered to NV SOS and at the same time they will apply for a name change. I believe the signed merger docs are part of the forms needed to apply for the name change.

Then they will apply for a symbol change which is done through the NASD, not the NASDAQ. I believe the NASD governs the OTCBB and Pink Sheets, not the NASDAQ.

The CUSIP number has to be applied for from Standard and Poors and can be done online. They have to send the CUSIP Service Bureau their Merger Agreement or Proxy Statement. They can receive the # in either 24 hours or 1 hour (for a 50% upcharge). The fee is $138.

Please if anyone can verify my assumptions I would appreciate it. Or if anyone can better answer his questions from your DD please feel free.

Hey grafix...

Qustion: Am I understanding this correctly?

DaSilva continued, "I would like to confirm at this point in time that in fact all documents have been signed and that in order to speed up this much anticipated process a proper delegation of AQUAGOLD Directors will be proceeding to the United States this Tuesday 15th of January 2008 in order to be on location to file the official name change and CUSIP number application."

In the PR as of today they do not mention the filing of the merger documents... Only the name- and symbol change that they will file ON location jan 15th... Now I am asking since I don't know this... Does the filing of merger and name change BOTH take place at the Nevada SOS? So do you think they will hand over the merger documents jan 15th AND at the same time file for new name and symbol while they are there?

TIA!
