True enough Guardian. As for contact with the company, I haven't tried myself in quite a while but I have an old aquaintance up in Calgary who tells me that it is quite hit and miss whether he gets an answer. Sometimes he gets a response the same day and sometimes several emails in a row don't get answered at all. You might try to phone the Calgary office. I called there several times a year or so back and Christian always answered. I stopped calling because nothing ever changed.
