Name Change

I called NV SOS Commercial Recording Div. 775-684-5708 and spoke with Chelsea. It takes 5-7 days for the name change after the papers are filed and the cost is $175. However; they can expedite the procedure for an additional charge, as follows:
24 hrs - $125.00
2 hrs - $500.00
1 hr - $1,000.00

Just briefly searched the CUSIP change and found out the following:
