n3, while the O/S has risen a bit, the rise is believed to be from the merger and transfer of claims to the company. A/S is 500,000,000. Float appears to still be low, as recent trading has not had any signs of dilution. Once again, it is still believed that the float is very low, due to the way this moves on any volume and the fact that we have not witnessed any large selling.

For now, I am assuming the news shares that have shown up at the TA are from the RM and the transfer of claims from Allred to the company. That should mean most, if not all of the news shares are restricted, which keeps our tradeable float very low indeed.

Of course, sure would be nice to have the details of the merger, so we as shareholders could know for sure.
