That 16 number is from 1 year ago, they've grown a lot since then.

They are starting to outsource manufacturing, shipping and receiving to handle the increase in sales volume. This will allow them to focus their work force on sales/marketing.

Also, that 16 number is most likely for "full time" employees and does not count sales reps located all over north America.

Imo, a biotech is not a good comparison to WNBD.
