I think the majority find the Alliance relationship to be the most probable culprit. There departure has not been pretty to say the least founder shareholders wanting out and Identa unable to talk about it publicly. I think it must be Alliance selling in protected trades to the new investors and/or Yaacov Shoham.

Without any financial info to go on and very little guidance on Alliance from management that only stengthens my conviction that is who is holding this back. Keeping an open mind of course but nothing else makes as much sense as the Alliance theory IMHO.
