The only thing holding PDVP up was the fact that it couldn't go lower than .0001. PODM, at .03, had plenty of room to go down.

But hey, the shareholders wanted a bid. Loud was just giving them what they wanted. (ugh) Maybe if everyone called and said they wanted a penny a share dividend, a flower basket, and world peace, he'd give them that too.
